Office Policies

Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. The office telephone number is 363-2200. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible, please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.

Hours

Our regular office hours are:
Summer – 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Winter – 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

The office is closed on weekends, major holidays and when the doctor and staff are attending continuing education programs.
